For security reasons, guests of renters are allowed in rooms and on premises only from 8:00 to 22:00 daily
For safety reasons, we do not allow pets, microwaves, hot plates, floor fan, or additional entertainment electronics
For hygiene reasons, no clothing or personal items may be hung in room windows or any of the common areas
Any modifications to room design/furnishings must be pre-approved by management
Monthly guests are subject to same hotel rules as daily guests
10% discount at Carboncitos Restaurante not valid with other promotions
Monthly rentals are paid in cash in advance and no deposit is required
If a Mexican invoice is required, 19% hospitality and state taxes will be applied
For monthly rentals that include any days from December 22 through January 4, a prorated rate adjustment may be applied
