The easiest way to get to the hotel from the Cancun Airport is with our airport pick up service or by bus. The bus leaves every 50 minutes and costs 15 USD per person one way. Our airport service is just for you, our driver will be waiting, whisking you away to the hotel for 1510.00 mexican pesos for 1 or 2 people, or 1675.00 mexican pesos for 3 or 6, or 1895.00 mexican pesos for 7 or 10, or 2720.00 mexican pesos for 11 or 24. The transportation fee is paid in full when you register in cash and in Mexican pesos.

Driving from the airport
Take HWY 307 south to Playa del Carmen (about 40 minutes) Take the HWY exit for Ave. Juarez when you reach Playa del Carmen. It is best not to take the overpass when you start approaching the city center.
Turn left onto Ave. Juarez until you reach 10th Ave, the last street before you reach the ocean. Turn left on 10th Ave and there are two parking options.
The first parking option is at Av. Juarez and 10th street. The next parking option is on the corner of 2nd street and 10th Ave (next block) Hotel Cielo is one block over and towards the beach.
From the national bus station
If you are arriving from other cities in Mexico outside of the state you will be at the National Bus station on 12th and 20th.
We recommend that you take a taxi to 4th street and 10th Ave for 2.50 USD and walk the half block to the hotel. Just look for the ocean and you are heading in the right direction!
